However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Cancellation Policy

For Website & App Development Services
– You may cancel your project within 48 hours of making the initial payment for a full refund.
– If the project has already commenced, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
– Once the project reaches the final stage of development, cancellations are not permitted.
– Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@webpitchers.com.

For Hosting Services
– Hosting services can be canceled at any time.
– If you cancel within the first 7 days of purchasing a hosting plan, you are eligible for a full refund.
– After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for hosting services.
– Domain registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Website & App Development Services
– If a cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment, a full refund will be processed.
– If the project is in progress, a prorated refund will be determined based on the completed work.
– No refunds will be issued once the project has been delivered or deployed.

Hosting Services
– Full refunds are only applicable within the first 7 days of purchase.
– No refunds will be issued after 7 days.
– If the service was disrupted due to non-compliance with our terms, no refunds will be granted.

3. Refund Processing
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
